5. Order Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

• After the 2-hour window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
• Orders once dispatched are non-cancellable under any circumstances.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
• We do not provide real-time delivery estimates at checkout.
• Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 days, depending on your pin code and location.
• If you do not receive your order within 10 days from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can escalate the issue with our courier partner.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.

7. Return and Refund Policy

• No returns are accepted once an order is delivered, except for cases where the product is defective or missing on arrival.
• To be eligible for a refund or replacement in such cases, the customer must provide a single, unedited, and uncut video showing:
  • The outer packaging from all sides before opening,
  • The entire unboxing process, and
  • The condition of the product as received.
• Videos that are edited, paused, or incomplete will not be considered valid proof.
• This video must be submitted to us on the same day of delivery. We do not accept complaints after 24 hours of delivery.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject the return/refund request based on the evidence submitted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Ashish Jewellers and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. User Conduct
